Elk County Public Works The Public Works Department is responsible for the maintenance of roads, bridges, county equipment, environment sanitary code and noxious weeds. Responsibilities also include accounting, clerical, correspondence, scheduling meetings and appointments, collect fees, prepare bills, time sheets, order supplies, keep records of Department activities. Perform tasks as needed, for the Noxious Weed and Sanitary Code departments. The Office Manager is the link between the Public Works Departments and the Citizens of Elk County.
